The mahogany body provides a warm, round fundamental tone with a solid low end — more compact than alder, which helps the bass sit well in a band.

This is the left-handed version: the body, neck, and electronics are mirrored, so the bass is as comfortable for left-handed players as the right-handed model.

Rosewood fretboard with Edgeless™ edges

The neck, made of Canadian hard maple, has a C-profile and a rosewood fretboard with Edgeless™ rounded edges. With a 34-inch scale length, a 9.5-inch radius, and medium 2.4 mm frets, the bass is comfortable to play for both beginners and advanced players.

Two-band EQ with passive mode

The Marcus Standard J-Revolution pickups run through a Sire Standard 2-band preamp. With volume/tone, blend, treble, and bass, you can quickly dial in what you need, without getting lost in the possibilities. The bass control switches to passive with a push-pull function.

Specifications

Brand: Sire

Model: V3N 4L

Series: Marcus Miller V3 New Gen

Type: Electric 4-string bass guitar

Body wood: Mahogany

Body shape: Marcus Miller Jazz Model (New Gen)

Neck: Canadian hard maple with tint finish

Neck profile: C-profile

Neck joint: Four-bolt neck joint with steel plate

Fretboard: Rosewood with Edgeless™ rounded edges

Fretboard radius: 9.5 inch

Inlays: White pearloid dots

Frets: 2.4 mm medium

Scale length: 34 inch

Nut: Bone, 38 mm wide

Pickups: Marcus Standard J-Revolution set

Electronics: Sire Standard active 2-band preamp

Controls: Volume/tone, blend, treble, bass (push-pull for passive)

Knobs: Plastic jazz knobs in black

Bridge: Marcus Standard with string-through-body

Bridge string spacing: 20 mm

Tuners: Standard open gear

Hardware: Chrome

Pickguard: Black, 3-ply

Color: Midnight Blue Burst

Version: Left-handed
