The Soundcraft Ui12 is a digital mixer with 12 input channels controlled by PC, tablet and smartphone. A special app is not necessary to operate the Ui12. The normal HTML5 browser of the smartphone or tablet is sufficient.
The Soundcraft Ui12 has its own wireless interface and an Ethernet port. The mixing console and effects can be accessed directly via the graphical user interface. The signal processing options are considerable: equalizer, compressor, reverb, delay, chorus, de-esser, feedback suppression and amp modeling. There is also a 120-band Real Time Analyzer for better control of the mix.
The Soundcraft Ui12 can be used on stage as a stagebox, in the rehearsal room and in the studio. 10 people can access the Ui12 simultaneously. All settings can be saved and recalled at any time.
Concerts and rehearsals can be recorded directly to a stick or hard drive via USB. Playbacks can also be recorded via the USB interface. For creative composing, recording and producing, the recording software (Ableton Live Lite) is included free of charge.
