The Soundcraft Ui24R is a digital mixing console and powerful multi-track USB recorder with integrated dual-band WLAN, HDMI and Ethernet connectivity. 24 input channels can be conveniently controlled from up to ten PCs, tablets and smartphones. An app is not necessary for this, the HTML5 browser of the smartphone or tablet is sufficient.
The signal processing options via the graphical user interface are considerable. From professional compressors and de-essers to automatic mixers, feedback suppression, amp modeling, input/output delays and 120-band real time analyzers, no wishes are left unfulfilled. The Studer preamp design guarantees fat, warm analog sound.
Another highlight are the flexible recording options. Thus, 22 tracks can be recorded simultaneously to USB stick and via USB-B port to the DAW. The low latency of the USB-B port also allows it to be used as an audio interface. Insert your plug-ins from the computer into the channels and create a multitrack recording of your live concert on the USB stick in parallel.
The Soundcraft Ui24R can be used as a "stagebox mixer" on stage, in the rehearsal room and in the studio. The unit is also ideal for permanent installations, as all settings can be saved and recalled at any time.
Software 3.0 also allows two devices to be linked together. This doubles the number of possible input/output points and allows you to create two independent mixes.
