The industry standard in flatwounds
Since the 1950s and 60s, La Bella Deep Talkin' Bass flatwounds have been, and continue to be, the choice of professional bass players. These strings are hand-polished, which results in an exceptionally smooth playing surface. The sound is deep, full and dry, with hardly any finger noise.
The Gold Flats version: same construction, but wound with Golden Alloy instead of stainless steel.

Fresh out of the box
La Bella packages its strings using MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) technology. This means they don't tarnish and are as fresh on opening as on the day they were made. The strings are made in the USA from American Wire.
