The flatwound standard
Since the 1950s and '60s, Deep Talkin' Bass flatwounds have been, and remain, the choice of professional bassists. The strings are hand-polished, which provides an exceptionally smooth playing surface. The sound is deep, full and dry, with hardly any finger noise.
