Warm analogue delay sounds from the eighties
The NUX Analog Delay from the Reissue Series is a fully analogue delay pedal with the warm and organic character of classic delays from the eighties. The repeats gradually become softer and darker, making them naturally blend behind your original guitar signal.
From a subtle echo for solos to spacious rockabilly sounds and experimental oscillations: this analogue delay adds atmosphere and depth without overpowering your dry guitar sound.
True analogue Bucket Brigade circuit
The pedal uses a fully analogue Bucket Brigade circuit with 3205 and 3102 BBD chips. This circuit gives each repeat a slight tonal change and natural high-frequency roll-off. This characteristic decay creates the warm delay sound analogue pedals are known for.
The delay time is adjustable from approximately 20 to 300 milliseconds. This makes the pedal particularly suitable for short slapback echoes, subtle doubling, and compact rhythmic delay effects.
Simple operation with three controls
With Delay Time you set the time between the original signal and the repeat. Repeat determines how many repeats you hear and Blend controls the ratio between the dry signal and the delay effect.
Turning Repeat further open creates long feedback patterns. When you simultaneously move the Delay Time control, you can create typical analogue pitch effects and self-oscillation.
True bypass and flexible power supply
The mechanical true bypass circuit allows the original guitar signal to pass directly through when the effect is switched off. This minimizes the impact on the rest of your signal chain.
The NUX Analog Delay runs on a 9V battery or a suitable regulated 9V DC adapter with a negative center pin. Thanks to its sturdy housing, the pedal is suitable for home use, rehearsals, studio recordings, and performances.
