The NUX NRO-4 REC TO Distortion is a full analog distortion pedal for guitarists looking for a powerful, direct high-gain sound. Inspired by the renowned American amplifier sounds of the nineties, this pedal delivers the power and definition perfectly suited for hard rock, metal, and modern riffs.
Analog character with great definition
The full analog circuit produces a rich distortion with a tight low-end response. This ensures that fast riffs, palm mutes, and heavy chords remain clearly audible. An additional boost in higher frequencies gives the sound more presence, without losing control of the bass tone.
Easily set your own sound
With the four intuitive controls, you can quickly adjust the pedal to your liking. Gain determines the amount of distortion, while Master controls the output volume. The passive Bass and Treble controls offer additional control over the low and high frequencies.
This allows you to use the REC TO Distortion for a solid rhythm sound, aggressive metal tones, or a powerful lead sound that cuts through the mix well.
True bypass and robust design
The true-bypass footswitch leaves the original guitar signal unaffected when the effect is disengaged. Thanks to the sturdy metal housing, the pedal is suitable for regular use during rehearsals and performances.
