The NUX B-6 is a compact wireless microphone system for soprano, alto, and tenor saxophones. The flexible gooseneck microphone attaches securely to the bell with a rubber-coated clamp. A vibration-dampening construction helps reduce handling noise and unwanted resonances.
The system operates on the 2.4GHz band and delivers digital audio in 24-bit/44.1kHz. With a range of up to approximately 20 meters and a latency of less than 4 ms, the B-6 offers ample freedom of movement during rehearsals and performances. Three separate EQ modes tailor the sound to a soprano, alto, or tenor saxophone.
Both the transmitter and receiver are rechargeable and offer over four hours of battery life. The included charging case can recharge the set multiple times on the go, providing approximately fifteen hours of additional use. The complete set consists of a microphone, transmitter, receiver, charging case, and dual USB-C charging cable.
