The Richwood RD-12 is of the highest quality available in its price range. It is a beautifully finished starter guitar that plays very lightly, which minimizes sore fingers. With the oil-bath tuning machines, the RD-12 stays in tune well. It features a spruce top. The back and sides are made of linden wood and it has a pau ferro bridge and fingerboard.
The silver/nickel frets on the hardwood fretboard are wear-resistant and designed for long-lasting playing pleasure. The Richwood RD-12 is very suitable for people who are starting to play the guitar, people who don't want to spend too much money, and also offers advanced players an astonishingly warm and usable sound.
The RD-12 is available in different finishes: natural, sunburst, blue sunburst, red sunburst, black. In all these colors, the RD-12 is available with active EQ (with built-in tuner)
It is also available left-handed in black and sunburst (with active EQ).
