Entry-level model with active 2-band preamp
The Sire Marcus Miller V3 New Gen is the most accessible model in the Marcus Miller line and a full-fledged bass at the same time. The mahogany body provides a warm, round fundamental tone with a firm low end — more compact than alder, allowing the bass to stay well in place in a band.
Rosewood fretboard with Edgeless™ edges
The Canadian hard maple neck has a C-profile and a rosewood fretboard with Edgeless™ rounded edges. With a scale length of 34 inches, a 9.5-inch radius, and medium 2.4 mm frets, the bass plays comfortably for both beginners and advanced players.
Two-band EQ with passive mode
The Marcus Standard J-Revolution pickups run through a Sire Standard 2-band preamp. With volume/tone, blend, treble, and bass, you can quickly dial in what you need without getting lost in the possibilities. The bass control switches to passive with push-pull.
