An Inspiring Classical Guitar for a Strong Start
The Valencia VC204 is a 4/4 classical guitar that encourages beginning and recreational guitarists to keep playing. The Sitka spruce top is combined with nato back and sides, producing a balanced sound with a clear response. The mahogany neck contributes to the stability and warm tonal character.
The guitar is built to Valencia's quality standards in their own factory in Indonesia. An integrated dual-action truss rod allows for precise adjustment of the neck's curvature. This is a practical advantage in varying temperature and humidity conditions and helps keep the instrument comfortably playable.
Arched Back for Extra Projection
A distinctive feature of the Valencia 200 series is the arched back. This construction supports the guitar's response and projection, making the nylon sound clear and vibrant. This makes the VC204 suitable for music lessons, practicing at home, and the first classical guitar pieces.
The fingerboard and bridge are made of ebonized mahogany. The compensated GraphTech NuBone XB saddle supports pure intonation and consistent transmission of string vibrations. The classic nut width of 52 mm offers ample space for correctly learning chords, scales, and fingerstyle techniques.
Antique Look with a Matte Finish
The transparent satin finish beautifully reveals the natural grain of the wood and gives the guitar a distinctive, antique appearance. Black ABS binding, a gold-colored helix rosette, and nickel-plated tuning machines with cream-colored buttons complete the traditional design.
