We are open 7 days a week. Below you'll find our exact opening hours:

Yes, in addition to instruments we also sell a wide range of accessories such as strings, picks, drumsticks, cables, microphones, amplifiers and much more.

Do you want to return your order?

Please contact us! We will then give you instructions on how the return process works.

How do I report a return?

How long does it take to receive my money back?

After you have registered your return and it has been approved by us, you will receive your money back in your account within 14 days. This is always excluding shipping costs.

Delivery time

What is your delivery time for online orders?

In general you should take into account 2 working days. Sometimes it is faster but in busy periods such as Black Friday, Sinterklaas & Christmas it can also take a little longer. Unfortunately we have no influence on this ourselves and are dependent on mail order companies.
