At DB Music Store, we do our best to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders within:
2 to 5 business days
within the Netherlands.
During busy periods or in case of unexpected delays, the delivery time may vary. Should this happen, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are:

The shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with:
- a Track & Trace link;
- and the current status of your package.
This way, you can easily track your order.
Check Shipping Address
When placing an order, you are responsible for entering your address details correctly.
DB Music Store cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
If we need additional information to ship your order, we will contact you. This may affect the delivery time.
Damaged or Incomplete Order
Have you received a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product? Please contact us as soon as possible via:

In some cases, we will immediately send a replacement product. Sometimes we first ask you to return the product.
Incorrectly Delivered Product
Have you received a product that you did not order? Please let us know as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receipt.
We will arrange a suitable solution in consultation and reimburse return costs if necessary.
Missing Shipments
If a package goes missing during transit or if the tracking information deviates from the actual delivery, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
We request your full cooperation to ensure the investigation can be completed quickly.
After the investigation is completed, we will look for a suitable solution, such as:
- a new delivery;
or - a refund of the purchase amount.
Report Undelivered Order
If your order has not been delivered 14 days after shipment, please contact us within 28 days of the shipping date via:
