Recorder Land 3

Recorderland is an imaginative three-part method for young, beginner recorder students. The great wizard and the wise owl take the children on their journey of discovery in Recorderland. Step by step, they not only learn to play the recorder, but also to read music and understand the important musical symbols that go with it. Fun songs, games, and illustrations provide enjoyment and variety. A cheerful sticker sheet, which is part of the assignments, completes part 1. Recorderland part 2 comes with a funny poster of a Recorder Circus, featuring all sorts of ideas for recorder tricks. Part 3, which is also the final part, includes a CD with example tracks and accompaniments – for even more playing fun. These added elements provide extra motivation – for both individual students and group lessons.
