JET Guitars JS-500 MBK – electric guitar – S-style HH matte Black

The JET JS-500 Direct Mount version pushes the S-style platform further into modern heavy styling. Retaining the double cut body shape, this variant removes the traditional pickguard and features direct mounted pickups for a cleaner, more aggressive aesthetic.

Constructed from roasted poplar with a bolt-on roasted maple neck, this model follows the 25.5 inch scale length but with a 24 fret configuration. The maple fretboard and 9.5 inch radius maintain the familiar S-style feel.

The direct mounted Alnico HH configuration consists of two uncovered black humbuckers controlled via a 3-way selector switch. Master volume and tone controls ensure straightforward operation. Direct mounting contributes to a sleeker visual presentation, emphasizing its stripped-down, performance-oriented design.

Black hardware such as the Wilkinson tremolo bridge and locking tuners complete the specification, offering stable tuning and smooth operation in a modern S-style built for higher gain applications.
