Since the fifties and sixties, Deep Talkin' Bass flatwounds have been the choice of professional bassists, and they have remained so. The strings are hand-polished, resulting in an exceptionally smooth playing surface. The sound is deep, full, and dry, with hardly any finger noise.

La Bella packages its strings with MAP technology (Modified Atmosphere Packaging). This prevents tarnishing and ensures they are as fresh when opened as they were on the day they were made. The strings are made in the United States from American Wire.
