Martinez: Classical Guitar Scale length: 3/4, Black

Compact classical guitar for beginning players

The Martinez MTC-083/B is a 3/4-size classical guitar with a stylish black finish. The smaller body and shorter neck make the instrument suitable for children, teenagers, and guitarists with smaller hands. Notes and chords are easier to reach, which helps in comfortably learning the correct playing technique.

Whether the 3/4 size is appropriate depends on the player's height, arm length, and physique. For personal advice, you can try out the guitar at DB Music on the Biltstraat in Utrecht.

Warm and balanced nylon sound

The top and body are crafted from linden wood. This wood type delivers a warm, balanced sound and responds well to a light touch. This makes the MTC-083/B suitable for music lessons, daily practice, and first performances.

The nylon strings feel relatively soft under the fingers and support the development of classical fingerings and fingerstyle techniques.

Adjustable neck and stable tuning

Thanks to the adjustable truss rod, the neck curvature can be precisely corrected. This allows for a comfortable string height to be maintained, keeping the guitar pleasant to play under various conditions.

Solid tuning pegs help keep the strings stably in tune. As a result, the guitar needs to be retuned less frequently, allowing the beginning player to focus better on practicing.

Practical starter guitar

The Martinez MTC-083/B combines an accessible size with neat construction and an attractive price. This makes it a practical first classical guitar for players who want to start on a reliable instrument.
