The NUX Tape Echo, a tribute to the iconic Space Echo from Japan in 1974. This pedal embraces analog tape echo technology, emulating the unique characteristics of its predecessor, delivering lush echoes and warm, organic delays. Utilizing Core-Image technology, the Tape Echo captures the essence of the original hardware, including bass, treble, repeat rate, intensity, echo volume, reverb volume, wow, flutter, and saturation.
With a strong and compact housing featuring essential knobs for quick tweaking, the NUX Tape Echo offers precise control over parameters such as bass, treble, time, repeat, level, and reverb. The pedal retains the controls of the original hardware while incorporating modern features like BPM/MS switching and tap tempo functionality. Choose from various combinations with the select knob and experiment with timing control and repeats for versatile soundscapes.
The built-in spring reverb provides a warm and deep echo. To complete its versatility, the NUX Tape Echo also includes a loop function.
