Richwood Master Series guitars are handmade from selected tonewoods. A professional setup before packaging guarantees optimal playability right out of the box.

The D-40-CE model is built with the same tonewoods as our D-20. However, the finish is more luxurious, and the sound is tighter and has more focus. Where the D-20 sounds bright, the D-40-CE also has the same liveliness but with more focus and a high register that has more body. This sound is perfectly reproduced by the built-in Fishman Presys I electronics system.

The traditional dreadnought shape is ideal for strumming and flatpicking playing styles. The large soundbox has more power and much more low end than a smaller model, and is therefore appreciated by many. Of course, the dreadnought can also be used in other styles, but its strength lies in the strumming playing style. Try the D-40-CE and be surprised by its lively, rich sound with a lot of warmth.
