The Songwriter series was developed to create a very focused, voluminous and inspiring sound for songwriters and strummers. To achieve this, we applied special lattice bracing. This bracing pattern is responsible for a well-defined tone with more punch than a guitar with conventional X-bracing.
To highlight this difference even further, we've added new cosmetics with wooden bindings, bridge pins, a new rosette with abalone and wood. Additionally, we've opted for models without a pickguard.
The SWG-130-CE features a solid Sitka spruce top and ovangkol back and sides. The ovangkol gives this guitar a powerful sound. The Fishman Isys+ amplification ensures trouble-free on-stage performance with great flexibility.
Like all Richwood Master Series guitars, the Songwriter series also offers excellent playability with a very comfortable neck profile.
