Rotosound DBL030 Swing Bass 66 .030 electric bass guitar string, stainless steel, double ball end

The most popular roundwound bass string ever. Rotosound was the first company to put such a string into production. After its introduction in 1962, the Swing Bass string changed the sound of bass forever. It is the favourite string of many bass players, including Billy Sheehan, John Paul Jones and Geddy Lee. The steel used for these strings is unique and the manufacturing process is still a well-kept secret, decades after its introduction.
