The Sire Larry Carlton S7 HSS New Gen is a modern electric guitar that combines classic S-style sounds with extra power and contemporary playing comfort. The two single-coils deliver clear, open sounds, while the humbucker at the bridge offers more power and body for solid rhythm parts, overdrive, and solos.

With the five-way switch, you can easily switch between sparkling cleans, characterful in-between positions, and a powerful bridge tone. This makes the S7 HSS at home in a wide range of musical styles, from pop, funk, and blues to rock.

Comfortable New Gen Neck

The bolt-on hard maple neck has a comfortable C-profile and an Edgeless fretboard with rolled fretboard edges. The compound radius runs from 9.5 to 14 inches, making chords feel comfortable and bends higher up the neck smooth to execute.

The 22 medium-jumbo frets are made of stainless steel and offer a smooth playing feel and long lifespan. A Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut, Luminlay position markers, and premium locking tuners contribute to stable tuning and reliable playability.

Alder body and modern tremolo bridge

The North American alder body provides a balanced foundation with clear highs, a recognizable mid-range, and solid low-end response. The modern two-point tremolo bridge responds smoothly and allows for subtle vibrato effects. The black high-gloss finish and tortoise pickguard give this version a stylish, timeless look.
