SX SPB57 P-Style Electric Bass Guitar with Bag

SX SPB57 P-Style Electric Bass Guitar with Bag – 2-Tone Sunburst

The SX SPB572TS is a 4-string electric bass guitar with the familiar design and powerful sound of a classic P-style bass. The 2-Tone Sunburst high-gloss finish, white three-ply pickguard, and chrome hardware give the instrument an authentic vintage look.

The solid basswood body is combined with a bolted-on neck made of selected Canadian maple. The fretboard is also made of maple. This wood combination contributes to a direct response and a clear, well-defined fundamental tone.

Powerful Split-Coil Bass Sound

The split-coil pickup delivers a full and robust bass sound with a clear mid-range, ensuring the bass remains clearly audible in a band mix. From rock and blues to soul, pop, and funk: the SPB57 provides a reliable foundation for various music styles.

The controls are kept simple with one volume knob and one tone knob. These allow you to quickly set a bright, present sound or a warmer, rounder bass tone.

Comfortable Neck and Full Scale Length

The standard scale length of 864 mm offers the string tension and familiar playing experience of a full-size electric bass guitar. The 305 mm fretboard radius and 20 medium frets ensure comfortable playing across the entire neck.

The dual-action truss rod allows for precise adjustment. Open vintage-style tuning machines with a 1:15 gear ratio support stable and accurate tuning.

Includes Gig Bag

The SX SPB572TS comes with a matching SX BB400 gig bag. This allows you to easily transport the instrument to music lessons, rehearsals, and performances.
