SX ED1 electric guitar black
The SX ED1 is an affordable and versatile electric guitar with a classic design. Thanks to its three single-coil pickups, five-way switch, and vintage-style tremolo bridge, this guitar offers a wide range of tones. From clear clean parts and sparkling chords to blues, pop, and classic rock: the ED1 provides an accessible foundation for various music styles.
Comfortable full size
The guitar has a full-size basswood body and a bolted-on neck made of selected Canadian maple. The rosewood fretboard has a 305 mm radius and features 22 medium frets. In combination with the 648 mm scale length and a nut width of 42 mm, this provides a familiar playing feel for both beginner and more experienced guitarists.
Three single-coil pickups
The three ceramic single-coil pickups provide a clear, direct sound with good definition. The five-way switch allows you to select individual pickups or various combinations. The volume and two tone controls enable quick sound adjustment to your amplifier, effects, and playing style.
Vintage-style tremolo
The chrome-plated vintage-style tremolo bridge allows for subtle vibrato on chords and single notes. The sealed, die-cast tuning machines have a gear ratio of 1:15 and help tune the guitar accurately. The adjustable truss rod also offers the possibility to adjust the neck setup to personal preferences.
Ready to go
The black high-gloss finish, three-ply pickguard, and chrome hardware give the ED1 a timeless look. A matching gig bag is included as standard, making the guitar easier to store and transport.
