SX LG3BK Lap Steel Guitar with Bag and Glass Slide – Black
Accessible six-string lap steel guitar. The SX LG3BK is an affordable six-string lap steel guitar for players who want to explore the characteristic sliding sounds of country, blues, rock, Hawaiian, and western swing. The instrument is played on the lap or on a suitable stand with the included glass slide.The body and neck-through construction are made of basswood. This simple and sturdy construction offers a clear and direct sound. The black high-gloss finish and chrome hardware give the LG3BK a neat, classic look.
Clear single-coil pickup
The ceramic single-coil pickup delivers an open and clear sound in which slides, vibrato, and subtle pitch variations come through clearly. With the volume and tone controls, you can easily adjust the sound to your amplifier and playing style.
The metal nut and bridge keep the strings high above the fretboard. The 36 positions are printed on the fretboard and serve as visual orientation during playing. They are not raised frets like on a regular electric guitar.
Complete with bag and glass slide
The SX LG3BK comes with a matching gig bag and glass slide. This means you immediately have the most important accessories at hand to experiment with lap steel technique and alternative tunings.
