Bromo BAR1H HS All Solid Dreadnought Guitar
The Bromo BAR1H HS from the Rocky Mountain Series is an all-solid acoustic dreadnought guitar featuring a spruce top and mahogany back and sides. This combination delivers a powerful, clear, and warm tone with excellent dynamics. The Historic Sunburst finish, abalone details, and antique brass tuners give the instrument a distinctive vintage appeal.
All-Solid Construction
Both the top and the back and sides are made of solid wood. The solid spruce top provides clarity, definition, and a wide dynamic range. The solid mahogany body adds warm mid-tones, a robust bass, and controlled trebles.
An all-solid guitar can continue to develop over time as the wood is regularly vibrated. This allows the sound to become more open, richer, and more resonant with increased playing.
Powerful Dreadnought Sound
The dreadnought body is known for its volume, projection, and full low-end. This makes the BAR1H HS particularly suitable for powerful chord accompaniment and playing with a pick. At the same time, the spruce top and mahogany body offer sufficient definition for fingerstyle and melodic playing.
Reinforced Mahogany Neck
The mahogany neck is reinforced with two ebony strips. This construction increases stability without using plastic or carbon fiber. The low neck profile ensures a comfortable playing experience, while the dual-action truss rod allows for precise adjustment.
Amara Ebony Fretboard
The fretboard is made of Amara ebony and features twenty jumbo frets. The distinctive abalone "Eagle Eye" inlay provides clear position markers and, along with the mother-of-pearl side dots, creates a stylish finish.
Bone Nut and Saddle
The nut and compensated saddle are crafted from bone. This hard material contributes to a direct transfer of string vibrations, a clear attack, and good sustain. The nut width of 44.5 mm offers ample space for both chord playing and fingerstyle.
Amara Ebony Bridge
The Mt. Bromo bridge is made of Amara ebony. The ebony bridge pins are finished with abalone "Eagle Eye" details. These components ensure secure string fastening and visually complement the other decorative elements.
Historic Sunburst Finish
The Historic Sunburst color transitions from a warm, light core to darker edges. The thin satin finish gives the instrument an understated vintage look and allows the wood to resonate freely. The abalone "Cowboy Rope" rosette and the Mt. Bromo logo on the headstock complete the design.
Includes Sturdy Gig Bag
The BAR1H HS comes with a robust heavy-duty gig bag. This protects the guitar during storage and transport to lessons, rehearsals, and performances.
