Eight versatile reverb effects

The NUX Verb Core Deluxe is a versatile reverb pedal for guitarists who want a wide range of spatial effects at their fingertips. The pedal includes eight carefully developed reverb types: Room, Hall, Plate, Damp, Shim, Spring, Tre-Verb, and Mod-Verb.

From a subtle natural ambiance to broad, atmospheric soundscapes, the Decay, Level, and Tweak controls allow for precise adjustment of the effect. The function of the Tweak knob changes depending on the selected reverb type, controlling parameters such as tone, liveliness, shimmer, tremolo, or modulation.

From classic spring reverb to modern shimmer

Room delivers a compact, natural room sound, while Hall produces a warm and lush reverberation. Plate is based on the character of classic studio plate reverb, and Spring offers the recognizable, bouncy sound for surf and rockabilly, among others.

For more modern effects, Shim, Tre-Verb, and Mod-Verb are available. Shim adds an octave to the repeats, Tre-Verb combines tremolo with spring reverb, and Mod-Verb pairs chorus modulation with a broad, atmospheric reverb.

Freeze, trails, and Tone Lock

By pressing and holding the footswitch, you activate the Freeze function. This sustains the reverb, allowing you to create an atmospheric backdrop for melodies and solos.

The three-position switch allows you to choose between true bypass, buffered bypass with trails, and Tone Lock. In Tail mode, the reverb naturally decays when you switch off the effect. Tone Lock preserves the set parameters and prevents the knobs from being accidentally adjusted during a performance.

Stereo connections and analog dry signal

The NUX Verb Core Deluxe features stereo inputs and outputs, making it suitable for wide stereo setups, effect loops, and recording equipment. The dry signal remains analog, contributing to low noise and a direct response without noticeable delay.

Additionally, the pedal has a Kill Dry mode for parallel effect routes. The USB-C connection can be used for firmware updates.
