Compact 3/4 electric guitar in 3-Tone Sunburst
The SX SST6234-3TS is a compact electric guitar from the VTG Series. Thanks to its 3/4 size and 610 mm scale length, the frets are closer together than on a standard electric guitar. This makes chords and scales more accessible for young players and guitarists with smaller hands.
Its handy size makes this guitar particularly suitable for children aged approximately 8 to 12, depending on their height and build. Adult guitarists looking for a compact travel or practice instrument can also benefit from the shorter scale length.
Three single-coils and a vintage tremolo
The SST6234-3TS is equipped with three ceramic single-coil pickups in a classic SSS configuration. The five-way switch allows you to select various pickup combinations, from bright rhythm sounds to sharper lead tones. One volume knob and two tone knobs provide additional control over the sound.
The chrome-plated vintage-style tremolo bridge enables subtle pitch effects. The three single-coils and versatile controls make the guitar suitable for genres such as pop, rock, blues, and funk.
Solid wood selection and comfortable playability
The body is made of basswood and combined with a bolt-on neck of selected Canadian maple. A rosewood reinforcement and two-way truss rod contribute to stability and allow for precise neck adjustment.
The rosewood fretboard has a radius of 305 mm, 21 medium frets, and white position dots. The synthetic nut is 38 mm wide. Super Light strings with gauges from .009 to .042 ensure light and accessible playability.
Vintage look with matching gig bag
The glossy 3-Tone Sunburst finish, chrome-plated vintage tuning machines, and three-ply vintage green pickguard give the guitar a distinctive retro look. A suitable SX EB400/M 3/4 gig bag is included as standard, so the instrument can be easily stored and transported.
