Versatile electric guitar for beginner players
The SX ED1/CAR is an affordable electric guitar with the familiar look and versatility of a classic ST model. The three single-coil pickups deliver clear, open tones that are well-suited for pop, rock, blues, funk, and country, among others.
With the five-way switch, you can select different pickups and pickup combinations. The guitar also features one volume control and two tone controls, allowing you to quickly adjust the sound to your amplifier and playing style.
Comfortable neck and vintage tremolo
The solid basswood body forms a light and balanced foundation. The bolt-on Canadian maple neck has a satin finish, making it comfortable to play. The engineered-wood fretboard has a 12-inch radius and features 22 nickel-silver frets.
With the vintage-style tremolo bridge, you can add subtle vibrato effects to chords and melodies. The 648 mm scale length and 42 mm nut width give the guitar familiar dimensions for a full-size electric instrument.

The striking Candy Apple Red high-gloss finish gives the SX ED1 a stylish look. A suitable guitar bag is included, making it easier to store the instrument and take it to music lessons or rehearsals.
